• A copy of your insurance certificate will be sent to you via e-mail once your Matrix device has been installed. In the event that you require another copy, please send an email to corporate@mixtelematics.com or request your certificate via the Matrix App.
• Download the free Matrix Smartphone App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to request your certificate and to access all the services and features available to you. To receive your login details, email corporate@mixtelematics.com.
• The Matrix online vehicle tracking portal allows you to access detailed reports and pinpoint the position of your vehicle anywhere in South Africa on an interactive map. Through the portal, you can also customize your alerts allowing you to be proactive with your vehicle’s security. Access limited to MX2 and MX3 customers only.
