2016 Matrix Fitment Centre Luxuries Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotional Competition is organised by Matrix, a brand of MiX Telematics Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”).
  2. The Promotional Competition is open to all permanent fitment centre partners who have been assigned a MiX Telematics Sales Force partner code.
  3. By entering the Promotional Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition or any aspect thereof, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deem necessary.
  4. The Promotional Competition commences on 1st August 2016 and ends on 31st October 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. The promotion will award participating Fitment Centres as follows:
    1. Monthly spot prizes: 3 (Three) Fitment Centres will be selected based on sales performance for Matrix units (taking into consideration both growth compared to the previous period and sales volume) and awarded one of the specified spot prizes (see 5.1.1- 5.1.3). The spot prize winner will be announced within 1 week of the last working day of the previous month for performance during August 2015, September 2016 and October 2015. Any Fitment Centre can only win 1 spot prize during the promotional period. The following spot prizes apply:
      1. Dolce Gusto coffee machine and cappuccino pods
      2. BOSE docking station
      3. @Home decor vouchers
    2. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the overall best performing Fitment Centre (taking into consideration both growth compared to the previous period and sales volume) for their sales of Matrix units over the promotional period. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the 4th of November 2016.
    3. The Grand Prize will consist of the following:

      I. Samsung 40″ Series 5 Smart LED TV
      II. Dolce Gusto coffee machine
      III. @Home decor voucher
      IV. Builders Warehouse voucher

  6. To stand a chance of winning the monthly spot prizes or the Grand Prize, Fitment Centres must sell Matrix devices to their customers. Only loaded contracts on Sales Force within promotional period will be counted.
  7. The Promoter can request that photographs be taken of the Fitment Centre premises during and after the promotional period.
  8. Prize delivery: The monthly spot prizes will be delivered by courier to the Fitment Centre within 10 (ten) working days of the winner announcement. The grand prize will be awarded to the overall best performing Fitment Centre within 20 (twenty) working days from the grand prize winner announcement.
  9. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these competition rules, the Promoter’s discretion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  10. All participants and prize winners indemnify the Promoter, its advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents and suppliers, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Promotional Competition.
  11. The Promoter may require winners to be photographed and published in the printed or online media, including the Matrix Facebook page when accepting or after receiving their Prize. Winners will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoter’s marketing material.
